CorpPilot provides tools for organizing corporate information, documents, and workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the content you add to your workspace, as well as for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
No legal, tax, or financial advice
CorpPilot is a software platform and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals and for ensuring that your corporate actions, records, and filings meet applicable requirements.
Acceptable use
You may not use CorpPilot to violate the law, infringe the rights of others, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or process content that you do not have the right to use.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to CorpPilot. You grant us permission to process that content solely to provide, maintain, and secure the service. You are responsible for ensuring that users you invite have appropriate authorization to access your workspace content.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of CorpPilot as needed. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
CorpPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, CorpPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
